Consulting

How the group still enters a new industry.

Solesbee Solutions started as a consultancy in 2018. That work did not stop when the companies arrived. Consulting is still how we sit inside an operation before anyone opens a product — for companies too small for a big-four program and too stretched to hire a full IT PMO.

What we provide

Five services. Same rule every time: find the hole, fill it, leave the operator better than we found them.

  1. 01

    Process mapping

Walk the desk, the bay, and the inbox with the people who run them. Write down the handoffs the tools assumed and the ones the operation actually runs.

  2. 02

    Operating gap assessment

Name the repeating hole — support living in email, documents re-typed off paper, reporting assembled from a week of exports — before anyone picks a system.

  3. 03

    Systems selection

Choose what to keep, what to stop, and what to fill. Software is a candidate, not the starting point. We will say when a product in this group is a fit, and when it is not.

  4. 04

    Implementation

Install the change in the real workflow: queues, capture, briefings, or the stack you already have. A map that dies in a slide deck is not an engagement.

  5. 05

    First-quarter operating support

Stay through the first close, the third-shift lead, and the week the workaround tries to come back. The job is done when the floor can run it without us.

When the hole repeats

Consulting can patch a client once. It cannot scale the same fix across a hundred roofs. Support in inboxes became Northstar. Re-keyed jackets became Data Snap. Spreadsheet briefings became Solesbee Analytics.

If the next industry still has a hole we have not productized, we still enter as consultants. Read the story or the criteria for companies that join the group.
